His passion is for implementing latest developments and theories in learning and development into his practice.  Martin has mentored many young professionals over his career - and this is just one real impact of his dedication to the education of others, and making a positive impact to any project or organisation he is engaged in.

Martin's humanitarian sector experience and expertise has been gained in post-graduate study and research in International Politics and Security Studies and Conflict Resolution, research and lecturing in Bachelor of Arts in Security, Terrorism and Counter-Terrorism Studies, and his service in UN Specialised Agencies.

Martin served as a Senior Learning and Development Consultant at the UN World Food Programme and the UN Food and Agriculture Organisation - gaining his experience at their HQs, RBs, and in their field operations.
